Micro-Deposit Bank Account Verification – FAQs

1. What is a micro-deposit?

A micro-deposit is a small amount (typically less than $1.00) sent to your bank account to confirm that the account belongs to you.

2. Why do I need to verify my bank account?

Verification ensures your account is valid and helps us securely transfer funds to or from your bank account. It’s also required to comply with financial regulations.

3. How long does the micro-deposit process take?

Micro-deposits usually take 1–2 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.

4. How will the micro-deposits appear on my bank statement?

They will appear as small credit amounts (e.g., $0.05, $0.12) with a description like “Micro-Deposit,” “ACCTVERIFY,” or our company name.

5. What do I do after I receive the micro-deposits?

Once you see the micro-deposits in your bank account, return to our platform and enter the exact amounts to confirm your account.

6. I didn't receive the micro-deposits—what should I do?

Please double-check that the bank account and routing number you entered were correct. If the information is correct and it's been more than 2 business days, contact our support team at helpdesk@digitalcashprocessing.com.

7. What happens if I enter the wrong deposit amounts?

If you enter the wrong amounts multiple times, the verification process may be paused or locked for security reasons. You can retry or contact support to restart the process.

8. Are micro-deposits withdrawn from my account?

No. They are small credits sent to your account. We may remove them afterward with a small debit for reconciliation, but the net impact is $0.

9. Is my bank information safe?

Yes. We use encryption and comply with industry-standard security practices to protect your bank and personal information.

10. Can I use instant verification instead?

In some cases, yes. We may offer an instant bank login option through a secure third-party provider (like Plaid, Finicity, or Yodless), which allows for faster verification without waiting for micro-deposits.
