RULES AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

WELCOME TO OmniWallet ACCOUNTS OFFERED BY Digital Cash Processing, Inc. (“DCP”).

BY OPENING A OmniWallet ACCOUNT, YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH AND BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE RULES AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT AND AGREE TO THE RULES AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOU MAY NOT USE THE OmniWallet ACCOUNT IN ANY WAY.

1. Digital Cash Processing mobile wallet Accounts Rules and Terms and Conditions are available to view in the OmniWallet app, at the cashier cage, and at digitalcashprocessing.com.

2. Account holder must be at least 18 years of age and be a Genting Rewards member.

3. The patron must upload an image of a valid government issued ID prior to activating an account.  Account activation may be subject to government ID validation

4. Patron must be physically present to redeem OmniWallet funds at cashier cage.

5. Local Establishment reserves the right to: a. Refuse to activate an OmniWallet Account for what it deems good and sufficient reason; b. Refuse to redeem OmniWallet account funds for what it deems good and sufficient reason; c. Suspend or close any OmniWallet account at any time pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.

6. Except as otherwise expressly provided, Digital Cash Processing, Inc. and establishments authorized to redeem OmniWallet funds shall keep the following OmniWallet information confidential: a. The amount of money credited to, debited from, or present in the OmniWallet account; b. The amount of money redeemed from the OmniWallet account; c. The OmniWallet account user ID, password, and validation code; d. OmniWallet account transactions; and e. The name, address, and other information that would identify the patron to anyone other than the local jurisdictional authorities.

7. Digital Cash Processing, Inc. and establishments authorized to redeem OmniWallet funds may share OmniWallet Account information with: a. Any licensed affiliate; b. An affiliate or business partner of facilities in which redemption is allowed c. As authorized by the patron.

8. Only the person(s) named and registered on the account may conduct transactions on the account.

9. OmniWallet redemption transactions will not be accepted if they exceed the balance in the select OmniWallet Account.

10. Transactions placed through the OmniWallet app are the sole responsibility of the account holder. Management is not responsible for unauthorized access to the OmniWallet Accounts.

11. OmniWallet Account statements are available upon request.

12. Your OmniWallet Account may be adjusted as a result of the resolution of a patron dispute. In the event an adjustment would result in a negative balance in the account, all activity in the account will be suspended until an agreement on the adjustment is reached between the account holder, Digital Cash Processing, Inc., and the host institution. If the parties are unable to agree on the adjustment, the matter will be submitted to local jurisdictional law enforcement authorities for resolution.

13. Any funds or winnings credited to your OmniWallet Account in error will not be available for use until such error is resolved.

14. You understand, agree, and expressly consent to Digital Cash Processing, Inc. making an adjustment to your OmniWallet Account for: (i) any malfunction of the OmniWallet Account system, or other device or system failure; or (ii) funds debited or credited to your account in error.

15. OmniWallet Account Rules and Terms and Conditions are subject to change from time to time at our sole discretion and without advance notice. Your continued use of your OmniWallet Account denotes your acceptance of current OmniWallet Account Rules and Terms and Conditions.
